With more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, policy, and industry leadership, he works closely with business owners and governments to improve the operating environment for restaurants and cafes nationwide. Wes previously served as CEO of Restaurant & Catering Australia, where he was widely recognised for his advocacy and leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.
