Scott Middleton

Scott Middleton is the CEO and Founder of Terem Capital, a long term holding company of technology businesses. Scott is focused on acquiring and growing $1-$10m revenue B2B software and technology services companies. Scott built Terem, a software consulting firm, from nothing to featuring twice on the AFR Fast 100. Scott used the cashflow and balance sheet to spinout Attune, enterprise contact centre software, from IAG then subsequently sold this venture to a large US tech firm. Most recently, Scott and Terem Capital acquired FMI, a facilities management software business. Scott's been in most roles in a tech company, from sales, to product, to engineering. For Scott, the business of technology is more than work, it's a passion and hobby.
