Paz is the co-founder of The Community Collective, a 17-person Melbourne meetup turned global movement with a 15.8k+ audience and 700+ community across 18 countries after accidentally going viral in 2021. She's trained 280+ businesses in community-led growth, including industry leaders Canva, Google and MYOB, while speaking internationally in London, Sydney and San Francisco, and interviewing community legends such as Seth Godin and Steph Claire-Smith.
