Paul Naphtali

Paul is the co-founder of Rampersand VC, an early-stage Australian tech fund established in 2013 with a mission to be the most value-additive first investor for founders with abnormal potential. He has more than 10 years of experience in the venture capital industry, supporting and investing in dozens of innovative and disruptive startups, sometimes when they had little more than a big idea. Before launching Rampersand in 2013, Paul worked as a senior marketing and strategic communications executive and consultant for several successful venture-backed tech companies in Silicon Valley and Europe. In addition to his work at Rampersand, Paul is a husband, father and Richmond (AFL) tragic.
