Netta Efron is the founder of Mond, a consultancy helping high-growth companies build the organisational infrastructure and team capability they need to scale - without losing the plot in the process. She started out running her own business for six years, which means she comes to people strategy with a founder's lens: commercially grounded, practically minded, and allergic to solutions that look good on paper but fall apart in execution. Most recently, Netta led People & Talent at Leonardo.Ai through its post-acquisition integration into Canva. Before that, she was VP People & Culture at Koala, where she scaled the global function through rapid international expansion and pre-IPO preparation.She now works with founders and leadership teams to navigate the messy transition from hands-on operations to structured scale - building the roles, workflows, and talent density needed to grow without breaking what's already working. Her view: the best people strategies don't slow the business down. They're what make scale possible.
