Naomi Simson

Leigh co-founded Aconex, a global cloud collaboration platform for construction projects. As CEO, he guided the company from founding, through multiple capital raises, to an IPO, and its eventual sale to Oracle Ltd in 2018 for $1.6 billion. He expanded Aconex to over $200 million in revenue, employing 850 staff across 50 cities worldwide. Leigh's current focus is as co-founder and co-CEO of Firmable, Australia’s definitive B2B database, helping businesses grow faster. He also co-founded Glitch Capital, ANZ's first founders fund, supporting the next generation of global technology companies. Previously, he worked in management consulting at McKinsey and Company. Leigh is the chair and co-founder of SecondQuarter Ventures, and a director of SEEK Ltd.
