Laetitia Andrac is a neurodivergent leader, bestselling author, and co-founder of Understanding Zoe, an internationally VC-backed AI platform supporting neurodivergent individuals and the families and care networks around them. Understanding Zoe bridges research, technology, and lived experience to transform fragmented care into coordinated, strengths-based support across home, school, and work. With over 15 years leading strategy, AI, innovation, and transformation across organisations including Telstra, Monitor-Deloitte, Capgemini, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and the Government of France, Laetitia brings deep technology and commercial experience to mission-driven work. In 2025, Understanding Zoe won the Australian Technologies Competition in the Global Social Impact category and received Prix Mercure HEC APAC recognition. Laetitia was also named a LiftHer APAC Top 10 Women in Impact founder and led Australia's largest independent study of neurodivergent families (1,091 participants), published as "Making the Invisible Visible." As an autistic woman, mother, and strategist, Laetitia advocates for systems that move beyond accommodation to genuine inclusion, ensuring neurodivergent individuals and those who care for them are seen, supported, and empowered.
