Janey Martino is a proven entrepreneur, advisor, and coach with a track record of building and exiting businesses across media, martech, fintech, and digital health. She founded Undertow Media and Shout, and later led Unlockd as CEO. A passionate supporter of Australia’s startup ecosystem, Janey has invested in and advised ventures including Brandcrush, Expert360, Kic, TRIBE, and OwnHome. She is also Chair and Co-founder of Smiling Mind, Australia’s leading mental health app with over nine million users. Formerly an advisor to CBA’s x15ventures, Janey is now CEO of Kic and continues to champion innovation, wellbeing, and human potential across the companies she leads and supports.
