Clare Long is the Director of Norgay HR, a human resources advisory business for small to medium businesses in Australia. The team at Norgay HR has developed a proven methodology to establish an HR function for their clients. They continue to support and advise clients through their business partner model, adapting and evolving HR practices to their clients' needs. Clare has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including 12 years leading HR functions in Australia, Asia, and the US. A commercial, creative and results-orientated HR professional, Clare’s particular area of expertise is on creating workplaces that optimise the contribution of all staff. She does this through a focus on leadership/management skills and teamwork and is actively involved in all activities that work towards that goal.
